This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to guide a team to success. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is ready to step up as a leader. Experience operating lawn care equipment is preferred, but we are always willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic. Our mowing schedule runs Monday through Friday, with the goal to leave your weekend open for personal activities.
