Spray Technician

Lawn King is the region’s premier lawn care company, and we are seeking a skilled Spray Foreman to lead spraying operations! This leadership role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in being a self-motivator. The Spray Foreman will oversee spray technicians, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of scheduled routes while maintaining Lawn King’s high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Job Details

  • Supervise and train spay technicians, ensuring safe and effective application of fertilizers and weed control
  • Operate spray rigs and spreaders to treat residential and commercial lawns
  • Maintain accurate application records and ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform light maintenance as needed
  • Communicate effectively with customers and address any service concerns
  • Assist with route planning and scheduling to maximize efficiency 

Qualifications

  • Experience in lawn care, fertilization, or spraying preferred
  • Valid driver's license required (Pesticide applicator license preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and problem solving-skills

Work Schedule

Summer Work Week

  • Summer Work: May 1st – October 31st (approximately)
  • Roughly 7am-6pm M-Th – Fridays/Weekends vary on workload and weather
  • Peak months are May, June, August, and September ď»ż


Winter Work Week

  • Winter Work: November 1st – April 31st (approximately)
  • Roughly 8am-5pm M-F / On call schedule
  • Typically operating equipment in support of winter snow operations.
